Web Page Design and Hosting

We can get your event on the web quickly and easily by designing and hosting any of the following page types:

	Demographics Update
	Expression of Interest
	Speaker and Presenter Details
	Registration Without Payment

All we need is your event file (.eve file) and any graphics you want displayed on the page.

The basic cost for a web page is £250 plus £30 per month hosting. (The pages need to be hosted on our website to correctly interface to the e-mail client we use).

For the registration without payment page the basic cost allows for up to 5 registration types and 5 add-ons. For each additional registration type and add-on to be shown on the page add £5, for each hotel add £25 and for each 5 inbound and outbound travel flight options offered add £50. If you want auto-totalling add £250. (With auto-totalling, as users select options the total amount is calculated and displayed on the page automatically).

There is a charge of £55 for each modification made to the page once hosting commences.

All charges are VAT exclusive.

Software Customisation

Do you want a new report or something modified in your software? We are more than happy to give you a quote for any customisation you would like in any of our software packages. With our on-line update process we can make the modification and then e-mail you the update file and you can have your change quickly and easily.

On Site Help

We can come to your place and assist you with:

	Setting our packages up in a network environment
	Training for new users or refresher training for existing users
	Changes to the design of forms and reports
	Programming changes

There are two charge levels for on site help. These are:

	Four hours minimum charge per person per visit.
	Travelling time and travel costs apply outside Central London (W1 area)
	All prices are VAT exclusive

Data File Recovery

If you have an event file or Summit Contact Manager database that has become corrupted we may be able to help you. We have utilities that can recover some types of corruption. There is a minimum charge of £150 +VAT for this recovery service, but there is no charge if we are unable to recover the data file. The charge for the recovery service depends on the size of the corrupt data file and the number of corruptions. We will give you an estimate of the charge when we receive your file.
