A Powerful Database

Monitor all the people connected with the event with ease. Determine who is definitely accepted, who is potentially coming and who is declined their invitation. Print session and function lists. Track promised tasks by displaying them on logon - no more sticky notes. Name and address information can be imported into Summit from a variety of other formats. The event structure can be imported from a previous event.

Flexible Reporting

Select everyone on your database or zoom in on a small group and then produce lists, address labels, name badges, mail merge letters or export name and address information. Choose the information to go on user-defined lists. Select how you want the name to be formatted for reports, for example, Title then Given Name then Family Name or FAMILY NAME, Given Name. Define names as European or Asian.

Financials

Process cash, cheques and credit cards then print bank deposit slips and credit card summaries. Produce receipts, invoices, confirmation letters, audit trails and income & activity reconciliation reports. Track down and follow up outstanding payments.
